Good to work with

Needed some PEX-A and fittings. Called to check on delivery; got a courteous answer right away, and my order was going to ship within the next day or two.

There was a mistake on the website about the fittings; they were proactive, contacted me to check that an alternative would work, and added the additional parts free of charge.

Mistakes happen; companies getting on them and fixing them right away doesn’t always happen. Kudos to them!
