■ CAUTION: When heated over 260 °C, this tape will thermally degrade and
decompose producing toxic fumes.
■ Minimum 100% PTFE
■ Thickness: 3.0 – 3.5 MIL (0.003 – 0.0035 inches, 0.0762 – 0.0889 mm)
■ Density: 0.85 – 1.0 g/cm3
■ Elongation: 100% min., Tensile Strenth: 1200 PSI min. (8.3 M/mm2)
■ Approvals: UL Listed, FDA compliant to 21 CFR177.1550
and meets Gov. Spec A-A-58092, OSHA GHS, RoHS Compliance

■ Temperature Range: -450 to 500 °F (-268 to 260 °C)
■ Pressure Rating: 300 PSI minimum, do not exceed the
recommended max pressure rating of the fitting manufacturer.
■ Thickness specification to MIL-T-27730A
■ Length: 260 in (606 m)
■ Chemically inert, non-flammable, and unlimited shelf life (<70 °F
recommended)
■ When storing avoid exteme heat or cold. Store away from UV
exposure and damp conditions.
■ Incompatibility: Avoid using with molten Alkali, certain Halogen
products and Fluorine at high temperatures and pressures.
