Amazing Customer Service

I have made numerous purchases from PexHouse over the past year and I have always been impressed not only with their prices, but also the speed with which orders have been dispatched and received. But my latest experience was exceptional. I inadvertently ordered ‘expansion’ rather than ‘crimped’ fittings for two of the manifolds that I had purchased. Rather than simply sending me what I had ordered, Josh took the time to contact me to confirm the type of fittings I required and changed the order accordingly. Now that is outstanding Customer Service!
