Stellar Customer Service

I ordered a bunch of stuff from PexHouse and I had questions about changing the order, so I emailed them. Their customer service was quick to get back to me (within an hour) even though it was 9 pm on a Saturday night. He issued a refund for some things right away, said they would get the added items shipped out on Monday! Overall I am quite satisfied with PexHouse.
